Welcome to BASA - Heeding God's call to share His blessings
"To whom much is given, much is expected"
Having moved from our home country of Bangladesh to the US, we have experienced the undeniable shift in living standards and others. We know for a fact that people back in our home land aren't as blessed to be enjoying the privileges we have been blessed with. If you're a Bengali Seventh-Day Adventist living in the US or elsewhere abroad, someone who would like to help spread California Evangelism to those in most need of it, or are a missionary in active missions or who has served in the past, we appeal to you to join us and help spread God's hope, love and blessings to our under-served countrymen in Bangladesh. Together let's live God's teaching of going and preaching to all nations. We have been blessed with abundance so that we may overflow and bless those who have less.
BASA is run 100% by volunteers. It provides funding to local institutions through BCSS in sponsorship of children. $35 USD, less than two large Pizzas or a family trip to a fast food restaurant, can provide one month's tuition, accommodations, meals, and school supplies to a high school student. A little sacrifice from us means a new life to one child. Let's do it: get involved, sponsor a child, and save another life. The more we give, the more we receive.
We reach out to folks in Michigan, Texas, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, other US states, especially in California, spiritual growth is at hand. Let us grab this opportunity to spread God's hope, love and mercy by sharing what we have for the betterment of our brethren. Through our combined resources we can make a difference by helping provide funds for religious scholarships, evangelistic work, infrastructural developments and financial assistance to the under-served in Bangladesh.

BASA is our link among friends living abroad and to our roots in Bangladesh. Our great institutions like KMMS, BASC, MAS, BAS have set the foundation to our lives. What we are now is because of what we were then. We are the fruits of those institutions. How long must we keep asking foreigners to sponsor our children? It was God's plan to bring us out to this land of opportunity because God has a purpose for us. It is time for us to focus on our roots and turn ourselves into givers and not the receivers. Small efforts by many can produce great results for our people. Let's get involved deeply into our great commission "Go and preach to all nations."
